Frequently Asked Questions – Kids Fitness Program (Ages 4+)
Our Kids Fitness Program is a fun and structured way to help children (ages 4–18) develop strength, balance, agility, and confidence through safe, playful athletic activities.
Yes! All exercises are age-appropriate, non-competitive, and designed by certified athletics coaches. We focus on fun, movement, and healthy growth – not heavy workouts.
Your child will learn:

All while building healthy fitness habits for life.
We keep batches small (8–12 kids) to give each child personal attention.
Parents are welcome to watch, but it’s not mandatory. Many parents like to observe the first few sessions and then let their kids enjoy independently.
Each class is 45–60 minutes, including warm-up, drills, games or event training, and cool-down which includes yoga & breathing exercises .
