Sports Meditation

The goal of every athlete is to perform at their best and it requires not only physical skills but mental focus. Negative thoughts, distraction, lack of energy or enthusiasm, depression can impact the players functional behavior. Sports meditation helps athletes to focus on their goal, improve clarity, improve discipline, increase resilience, increase empathy, improve sleep, feel motivated, cope with pain and recover from injury. Meditation is also used to detach from negative thoughts, overcome stress & anxiety, depression, find blind spot, and other mental illnesses.
