Elite Junior Athletes
Sport specialisation, competitive preparation, individual development plans, bi-weekly psychology and nutrition.
Between 11 and 14, the general athlete becomes a specialist. Bodies are ready for real training loads, and the athletics foundation built in earlier years now points toward one or two disciplines an athlete genuinely loves and shows promise in.
Elite Junior is built around that shift — a focused one or two-sport programme, age-safe strength and conditioning, sports psychology, and an individual development plan that maps exactly where each athlete is and where they are going next.

We never rush it. Over the first weeks the coach observes your child across events, reviews their athletics background and physical profile, and talks with you and the athlete about what they enjoy. From that we recommend one or two sports to focus on — and the plan can be adjusted as they grow.
Most Elite Junior athletes take part in several competitions across the season — typically four or more, depending on the sport, the calendar, and the athlete's readiness. We handle registration support and prepare each athlete specifically for the events they enter.
Yes — when it's done properly. Our strength and conditioning for 11–14 year-olds is age-appropriate and technique-first: bodyweight, mobility, and lighter loads with careful supervision. The goal is safe movement quality and injury prevention, not lifting heavy.
