Marathon Ready
Coached endurance training for every distance — 5K, 10K, half and full marathon. Periodised run plans, runner-specific strength, fuelling and race-day strategy in a supportive cohort.
Most runners injure out, burn out or plateau because they only ever do one thing — run, hard, until something hurts. A finish line is built differently: the right mileage at the right pace, strength that protects your knees and hips, fuelling that holds up at kilometre 30, and a pacing plan you can actually execute on race day.
Marathon Ready gives you all of it in a coached cohort — a structured week, a coach watching your form and load, and a group running the same journey beside you. You bring the commitment; we handle the plan.
Anyone can run. We coach you to finish .

Choose your race.
Every runner starts somewhere. Tell us the distance and we build the plan around it — no experience required to begin.
Your road to the start line.
Every plan moves through the same proven phases — scaled to your distance and the weeks until your race.
Built around a working week.
Early-morning sessions fit around office hours, and your solo run flexes to your week. During peak monsoon we adjust routes and move sessions under cover when needed — training never stops for the rain.

The Coaching Behind Your Race
Marathon Ready is built around one goal race. We plan the block backwards from race day, advise on mileage, pacing, strength and fuelling, and adapt the plan as your body responds. Showing up for the sessions, following the plan and racing on the day remain yours — as does everything outside anyone's control, from illness to the weather. Our part is the plan, the coaching and honest advice at every step. We do not promise a finish, a time or a place.
The full development stack.
Easy runs, tempo, intervals and the long run — structured across base, build, peak and taper so you arrive at race day sharp, not shattered.
Hips, core, glutes and single-leg strength — the work that keeps knees, shins and IT bands healthy so training never gets derailed by injury.
Running-form and cadence coaching plus mobility routines to make every stride more efficient — more distance for less effort and less wear.
What to eat before, during and after — race-week carb strategy, in-run gels and hydration dialled in for Mumbai's heat and humidity.
Pacing plans, mental-toughness tools and the discipline to hold back early and finish strong — the Mind Athlete method applied to the road.
A pre-race checklist, race-morning plan and a proper recovery block afterwards so you bounce back healthy and hungry for the next one.
Everything, in one program.

Absolutely — most of our runners start exactly there. Your free assessment sets a realistic starting point, and the 5K on-ramp plan builds you up gradually with walk-run intervals and no pressure. You do not need any running background to begin.
No. We coach runners from their 20s into their 60s and across every body type. The plan meets you where you are and progresses at a pace your body can absorb — that gradual build, plus strength work, is exactly what keeps running safe and sustainable.
We work backwards from Mumbai's race calendar — the Tata Mumbai Marathon in January is the big target, with 10Ks and half marathons through the year to build toward it. At your assessment we pick a goal race that gives you enough runway to train properly and finish strong.
Injury usually comes from doing too much too soon and skipping strength — so we control your weekly load, coach your form, and build in the hip, core and single-leg strength that supports runners' knees and shins. No coaching can rule injury out, but a coach watching your progression is the best protection against the avoidable kind.
We train through both. Early-morning slots beat the worst heat, hydration and fuelling are planned for humidity, and during heavy rain we adjust routes or move sessions under cover. Training adapts to the season — it doesn't stop for it.
Two early-morning coached sessions, one weekend long run and one solo run you fit into your week — around 4 to 6 hours total, and it scales up gently only as your race nears. The whole schedule is built for working professionals with real calendars.
