Sports Conditioning
Sport-specific strength & conditioning for athletes who already play — speed, power, agility and injury-proofing built around the exact demands of your sport.
Talent and technique take you only as far as your body can carry them. The player who accelerates a step quicker, jumps a touch higher, holds form deep into the fourth quarter and simply doesn't break down — that's rarely the more skilled athlete. It's the better-conditioned one.
Sports Conditioning is a dedicated strength & conditioning program that trains the physical qualities your sport actually demands — speed, power, agility, mobility and durability — with a coach, a plan and progressive loading. It doesn't replace your sport; it's the training that finally lets your skill show up in full.
Your sport builds skill. We build the engine .

Built for your sport.
Every sport punishes the body differently. We assess the exact physical demands of yours and train precisely those qualities.
Play something else — kabaddi, hockey, kho-kho, combat sports? We condition for that too. If it has physical demands, we can train them.
From assessment to in-season.
Conditioning is periodised — each phase builds on the last and adapts to where your competitive season sits.
Fits around your sport.
Conditioning is scheduled so it complements your sport practice, never competes with it — and we pull back the load during match weeks and tournaments so you show up fresh.

Progress You Can Measure
We test where you start — speed, jump, strength, movement quality — and test again as you progress, so your gains are numbers on a page rather than a feeling. Prehab and load management are built into every block to reduce injury risk, and we advise on recovery, sleep and the training you do outside our sessions. What the numbers do depends on the work you put in and on factors no coach controls; our part is to measure honestly, coach well and tell you what we see.
The full development stack.
Baseline testing of speed, jump, strength and movement quality — so training targets your real gaps, not guesswork.
Acceleration mechanics, change of direction, footwork and reaction drills — the quickness that shows up in the game.
Progressive, age-appropriate strength that converts into explosive, sport-usable power — the base everything else stands on.
Targeted prehab for the joints your sport hammers — shoulders, hips, knees, ankles — to reduce injury risk and keep you training consistently.
Energy-system work matched to your sport's rhythm — repeat-sprint, endurance or explosive — so you're strong in the final minutes.
Smart loading around your practice and match calendar, plus recovery routines that let the body adapt instead of overtrain.
Everything, in one program.
Train around your life.

Any sport with physical demands — cricket, football, badminton, tennis, basketball, volleyball, swimming, athletics, kabaddi, hockey, combat sports and more. At your assessment we map the specific speed, strength, power and endurance qualities your sport needs, then build the plan around them.
This is a myth. Coached, age-appropriate strength training is recognised as safe and beneficial for young athletes — it builds bone density, improves coordination and actually reduces injury risk. We use technique-first, progressive loading supervised by a coach at every session. Nothing heavy or reckless.
A gym gives you equipment; conditioning gives you a plan. Everything here is coached, periodised and tuned to your sport — the right exercises in the right order at the right intensity, with your form watched and your progress tested. It's the difference between lifting weights and building an athlete.
Absolutely — conditioning complements your sport, it doesn't replace it. We schedule around your practices and matches and adjust the training load during competitive weeks, so you get stronger without ever being too fatigued to play well.
Yes. We run squad and team conditioning both at our centres and on-site at your ground or academy, with packages for groups. Reach out through our schools & clubs page and we'll build a proposal around your season.
Ages 11 and up, through juniors and into adult athletes. Programming and loading are always matched to the athlete's age and training age, so a 12-year-old and a 25-year-old get very different plans built on the same sound principles.
